Submitting Color Artwork
If you are sending COLOR artwork files electronically:
- It is IMPORTANT that you read and understand our requirements for color art before submitting.

- We prefer all logos and drawings to be saved in .EPS format for Windows, which will ensure maximum sharpness. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Free Hand vector art provides the sharpest image renderings when saved in EPS format. Artwork is also accepted in formats with the file extensions of: .tif, .gif, .jpg, .psd, .pdd, .pdf, and .bmp. These formats produce rasper images, and it should be understood that these images are nice viewing on the computer, but do not print out sharp with smooth edges. Due to limitations in these particular formats, multiple colors are difficult to reproduce accurately. For all practical purposes, color separation is not possible with these formats. We will need a sample of the completed art to see what it looks like along with each color separated into its own file.
If you are Mailing in your COLOR artwork:
- It is IMPORTANT that you read and understand our requirements for color art before submitting.

- Include your properly sized camera ready black & white artwork (PMT or Film negatives) with a contact name, phone number, your order number, and the product the artwork goes with. We will need a sample of the completed art to see what it looks like as a completed item. Send each color separated into its own file or hard copy for multi-color artwork listing the PMS color for each piece of artwork. We will not color separate your art for you if you are submitting multi-color artwork. We will accept the artwork/print job as hard copies or as files on a 3.5 inch floppy, CD, DVD, or 100/250 Megabyte (MB) Zip disk. Please note that if you mail us a disk, we will not mail the disk back to your organization unless you provide us with a self-addressed packaging envelope with appropriate postage.
